Updated this week

There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. The member portal is the web version of CourtReserve you use through a browser on your computer or tablet. This article outlines how to view and manage your membership via the member portal.

Access Membership Information Via the Member Portal

How to View Your Membership:

1. Log in to CourtReserve through your Club’s member portal.

2. Click your name on the top-right.

3. Click My Membership.

What You’ll See on Your “My Membership” Page

When you open your My Membership page, you can view all the key details about your membership, including pricing and billing information.

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • The name of your membership

  • Your membership price and billing frequency

  • Your last billing date and next billing date

  • A notice confirming that your membership dues are set to be automatically debited, if applicable.

Below that, the Membership Billing section shows a breakdown of your billing history, including:

  • The billing period covered

  • The frequency (e.g., Year or Month)

  • The amount charged

  • Whether the payment has been made and the date paid

Example of a monthly membership:

Make Sure to Choose the Correct Organization

Note: If you belong to multiple clubs, you will need to switch to the appropriate organization to view that membership.

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select My Organizations.

  3. Choose the desired organization.

  4. Navigate to My Membership to view your membership details.

View Other Membership Options

If you're interested in exploring other membership options, many clubs provide a Memberships link in the top navigation menu of the member portal or directly on the homepage.

Clicking Memberships will show you the available plans at your club. From there, you can select Learn More to view additional details or contact your club directly for more information.
