To set up your Date & Currency Format, you'll need to go to Settings > Organizational Settings > General

Once in General settings, you'll scroll down until you see this:

From here, you can select the appropriate Date & Currency Format as well as Time Zone for you facility.

And now you have successfully set up your Currency & Date Format as well as Time Zone, for your CourtReserve platform.
