INTRODUCTION

Use Cases: System users create disclosures to make sure that players and members have the information they need to make informed decisions. Disclosures may describe a club's terms of use and require agreement before a reservation can be completed. Disclosures may include a description of the risk assumed by the player or member when participating in a club activity.

PREREQUISITES
System users need to obtain the club's disclosure language.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
The first step is to create a disclosure.
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click SETTINGS > RESERVATION SETTINGS on the side menu.
Click the Disclosures icon. A new page displays.
System users can create disclosures for events on the same page. The path SETTNGS > EVENTS > Disclosures opens the same Disclosures page.
On the Manage Disclosures page, click Create Disclosure.
On the next page, enter a unique name for the disclosure. Paste the text into the field and use the toolbar to add styling. Confirm the Is Active box is checked or optionally uncheck the box to disable this disclosure. Click Save.
CourtReserve adds the disclosure to the table. Click Edit to update the disclosure or Delete to remove it from the platform.
Attaching disclosures to bookings
This step attaches the same court and lesson disclosure to all bookings on the member portal.
Follow these steps to attach a disclosure to court and lesson bookings.
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click SETTINGS > PORTAL SETTINGS on the side menu.
Click the Setup icon.
Scroll down the Member Portal Settings page to the Required Disclosure on Court Reservations heading.
Click the field and select a court reservation disclosure.
Optionally, go to the next line and add a lesson disclosure.
Click Save.
FEATURE USAGE - USERS' PERSPECTIVE
CourtReserve displays the disclosure on the member portal at the bottom of the booking screen. Players must check the box indicating agreement with the disclosure to complete the booking. Optionally, the player can click the VIEW MORE button to read the entire disclosure.
If enabled, a disclosure requirement appears on the screen for lesson reservations.
