INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Allows system users to print or email receipts for payments processed by members.
Use Cases: If a member requests a receipt for a payment that has already been processed, system users can quickly access and send it by locating the transaction on the member’s account or through the Transactions List.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To print or email a receipt, navigate to one of the following:
Billing tab on the member’s account, or
Transactions > Transaction List in the admin dashboard.
Member - Billing Tab
Open the member’s Billing tab.
Click the Payments view.
Find the transaction you need and select the Transaction Date to view details.
In the Transaction Details window, click the Receipt button to print or email the receipt.
If the Email option is selected, the member’s email address will appear by default but can be edited. To send the receipt to additional recipients, enter more email addresses separated by commas. You can also include a note in the Additional Message field which will appear at the bottom of the emailed receipt.
Receipt Printing Options
If Standard or Receipt Printer is selected, a new window will open where you can print the receipt.
Standard Printer (8.5" x 11")
Prints the receipt on a standard letter-sized page—ideal for desktop or office printers. This format provides a full-page layout suitable for detailed transaction records or member documentation.Receipt Printer (3 1/8")
Prints the receipt using a thermal or point-of-sale (POS) receipt printer. This smaller format (3 1/8” wide) is perfect for front desk or on-site transactions where quick, compact receipts are preferred.
Transactions - Transactions List
The same process detailed above can be done by finding the relevant transactions via Transactions > Transactions List.
1. Run the report for your desired dates, along with optionally checking Show Only Paid Transactions.
2. Locate the transaction and click on the Transaction Date.
3. In the Transaction Details window, click the Receipt button to print or email the receipt.
