When creating events, you have the option in the Event Settings to prorate the price.
I. Either select an existing event OR create a new event
II. Go to the Event > Event Setup tab
III. We'll scroll down to the very bottom of this page to 'Allow Proration on Full Event Price'
IV. To enable the proration of the FULL (entire) event, we'll check this box.
NOTE: Sometimes clubs will have issues with the proration pricing of their 'FULL' events. What generally happens is that the full event registration price has changed because the date of the first event already passed (and it was already prorated). Therefore, the pricing is thrown off due to PAST prorated events.
What to do if this happens?
You can DELETE the PAST events by going to select event > Event Dates.
PAST dates will automatically appear at the bottom of the Event Date List. Therefore, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and you can manage them here:
