INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: The membership purchase page displays two types of features for each plan: "Standard Features," which are generated automatically from membership settings, and Additional Features, which system users can write and add manually. System users can control whether Standard Features are visible and can add any number of Additional Features to highlight the value of a plan.
Use Cases:
Display court reservation policies, cancellation rules, and other plan details automatically using Standard Features
Add custom text descriptions - such as guest passes or retail discounts - as Additional Features
Hide Standard Features for all plans while keeping Additional Features visible
Update the membership navigation link label shown to visitors on the public page

OVERVIEW
When a visitor on the member portal public page browses membership options, CourtReserve displays the membership purchase page. This page shows plan pricing and two types of features:
Standard Features - Pulled automatically from the membership's configured settings. These reflect plan rules such as the number of courts allowed, reservation advance windows, and cancellation policies. System users can choose to hide Standard Features across all plans.
Additional Features - Custom text descriptions entered by system users. These appear alongside Standard Features and can be used to highlight perks like guest passes, retail discounts, or other benefits.
Note: Additional Features are display-only text. Adding one does not enable or configure that feature on the platform. System users must configure the relevant platform settings separately to make any feature functional within the plan.
NAVIGATION
Finding the Member Portal Public Page URL
Log in to the admin panel.
Go to Settings > Portal Settings.
Click the Setup icon.
On the Member Portal Settings page, click the Portal link.
This member portal link can be used by players to access the Memberships page.
Adding Additional Features to a Membership Display
Additional Features are entered per membership from the plan's Portal Settings tab.
In the admin panel, go to Memberships in the side menu.
On the Memberships table, select the Individual or Family tab.
Locate a plan and click its Edit icon.
On the plan settings page, click the Portal Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Additional Feature.
Enter a feature description and click Save Changes.
Click Save Changes again on the following page.
CourtReserve adds the item to the Additional Features section of the membership purchase page for that plan. Note: this is only a text description, it does not build anything into the membership.
USER PERSPECTIVE
To view the membership options and features, the user clicks the link in the navigation (i.e. Memberships). Here is an example of what is shown for a membership, based on club settings:

After clicking Learn More, the membership detail page displays plan pricing and the default, standard features generated by CourtReserve. The list also includes additional features created by the system user, if any.
Hiding the Standard Features List
System users can hide the default, standard features list across all membership plans if so desired.
In the admin panel, go to Memberships in the side menu.
Click the Membership Settings tab.
Check the Hide Feature Lists on Membership Purchase Page box.
Click Save.
When this is checked, the standard features do not display, but the Additional Features still do (if any have been added to the membership). Example:

Changing the Navigation Link Label
System users can customize the text of the membership link that anonymous visitors see in the public page navigation.
In the admin panel, go to Memberships in the side menu.
Click the Membership Settings tab.
In the Membership Menu Link for Anonymous Users field, enter the new label text.
Click Save.
