HOW TO RESERVE A COURT FROM THE ADMIN SIDE
Go to the Expanded scheduler and then click on the ‘Reserve’ button under the desired date/time/court.
Select the ‘Reservation Type’ and search for the names of the players.
Once a reservation has been successfully created/saved, it will appear on the scheduler like so. If a reservation has both a red bar above it and a dollar sign in the bottom right hand corner, that is a visual indicator that the reservation is unpaid. You can click the ‘$’ to pull up the transaction/process payment for the reservation.
HOW TO RESERVE A COURT FROM THE MEMBER PORTAL
Players will go to the Member Portal (login) and click the ‘Book a Court’ button.
They will select the date/time/court for their reservation.
They will select the ‘Reservation Type’ and (if applicable) the duration of the reservation.
Lastly, they just need to enter the names of the other players and ‘save’ changes.
