SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To sell a package to a member, the system user should log in to the admin dashboard and then:
Open the member's account page.
Click the Billing tab.
Click the Packages tab.
Click the Sell Package button.
There are two selling options: to individuals and to families.
Individuals
When purchased by an individual, only the assigned owner can punch the package.
Click the Package Name field and select an option.
Confirm the package description with the buyer.
Optionally, adjust the punch count and price.
Click Sell Package.
CourtReserve adds the package to the member's account. The table shows the name of the assigned owner (Assignment column), package payment status, and the number of used punches.
Families
A family member can purchase a package and let some or all of the family members punch the package.
Selling a package to a family is similar to an individual, but there is an extra step.
Go to the Assignment Type field and select an option. If the member wants to share the package with other people in their family, select Family.
Click the field and select one or more family members who can punch the package. The default setting is ALL.
Click Sell Package.
