INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Add a tax to the cost of a private lesson.
Use Cases: System users should learn the correct tax obligation and apply that rate to lesson types, if applicable.
PREREQUISITES
Know how to create a tax rate and a lesson type.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click SETTINGS > INSTRUCTOR SETTINGS.
Click the Lesson Types icon.
On the next page, select a lesson type and click the Edit button.
Scroll down to the Tax Rate heading. Click the field and select a tax option. Click Save. Repeat the steps for other types.
FEATURE USAGE - ADMINS' PERSPECTIVE
On the admin side, CourtReserve displays the tax on the Lesson Types page.
FEATURE USAGE - USERS' PERSPECTIVE
On the member portal, CourtReserve displays lesson fees that include the tax.
