INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Enable the MembersFirst add-on.
Use Cases: System users enable the integration to sync player data from the MembersFirst platform to your CourtReserve member database.
Changes in functionality
After the system user enables the MemberFirst integration, the club/organization is automatically grouped under the MembersFirst umbrella. This integration changes some CourtReserve features.
System users cannot use standard CourtReserve tools to modify member data (e.g. create, edit, or delete member data).
When editing a member profile page, system users can edit custom fields and ratings.
Players cannot use the member portal to create new accounts.
PREREQUISITES
Organizations must be Subscribed to CourtReserve and out of Trial to have this integration enabled.
System users should contact Live Chat Support or email support@courtreserve.com to make this integration visible on the Manage Add-ons page. The cost of this add-on in CourtReserve is $25.00 per month.
It is also necessary for the Organization to begin the setup process with MembersFirst prior to making contact with CourtReserve.
MembersFirst requires the Organization to sign agreements and pay a setup fee along with an annual usage fee.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click SETTINGS > ADD-ONS.
Locate the MembersFirst Integration and check the box to enable.
Agree to the terms of the Integration
A fee of $25.00 will be added to the organization's monthly subscription
Click the Setup button. A new window opens and shows the MembersFirst setup page. This is where the system user will locate their organization's API Keys when sending to MembersFirst.
Leave this browser tab open. The system user needs to move between tabs when they copy and paste API keys.
Creating membership types
System users must create membership types in CourtReserve after enabling the add-on. After the system user creates the membership types, MembersFirst can complete the connection between accounts with the API key.
Locating the API key
In a new browser tab, open CourtReserve, go to SETTINGS > ADD-ONS, and click the API icon.
To complete the integration, send the Username and Password from the API section to your MembersFirst representative.
MembersFirst Members Report
Under SETTINGS > ADD-ONS > API, there will be a MembersFirst Export button to export a list of members to export and send to your MembersFirst Project Manager so you can sync your existing members.

How often does CourtReserve sync data from MembersFirst?
CourtReserve will auto sync every 3 hours and sync any changes.
Can the club manually sync information prior to that 3hr period?
Yes, MembersFirst will allow the club to manually sync once in a 30 minute period.
