INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Process a member's invoice payment.
Use Cases: If a player wants to pay an invoice but is unable to complete the payment on the member portal, system users can record the payment on the CourtReserve admin dashboard.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click TRANSACTIONS > BATCH BILLING.
On the next page:
Select a row in the Batch Billings table.
Scroll down and click the Invoices tab.
Locate an outstanding invoice and click the View button.
On the next page, click the Pay button and then Yes in the confirmation popup.
On the next page, click the Payment Type field and select an option. Add a note (optional). Click Save to complete the payment and then Yes in the confirmation popup.
FEATURE USAGE - USERS' PERSPECTIVE
On the member portal, CourtReserve shows the paid invoice on the Invoices page.
