INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Learn how to open and manage events on the Events Calendar.
Use Cases: System users can open the calendar to track events and perform a number of admin functions (e.g. check-in players, track payments, create an event, etc.).
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click EVENTS > CALENDAR.
Manage events
System users can manage events from the calendar. Hover a card and click a link to:
edit an event
check-in players
track and process event fees
Optional views
Select an option to change the display format (i.e. day, week, week, month, agenda). Go to the top left corner of the calendar to change the date or month.
The Agenda view helps systems users manage daily schedules because the table adds a column with the start and need times for each event.
Filter scheduler
Click the Filter Scheduler button to narrow the display results on the calendar. Use the checkboxes to display or hide events based on categories and tags.
Downloading
System users can download the calendar that is visible on the screen. Go to the top left corner and click Export to PDF.
