INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Check in players on the admin side.
Use Cases: If a self check-in option is not available, system users can check in players for court bookings, lessons, and events. If a player does not show up, the system user can set a player's status to cancelled because of illness, late, or no-show.
PREREQUISITES
Know how to open an expanded scheduler or event calendar.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
In this example, the system user checks in a player for a court booking on the expanded scheduler. The workflow is similar for lessons and events (on the events calendar).
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Open the expanded scheduler and locate a booking.
Click the triangle icon in the bottom left corner of the card. A popup window displays.
In the popup, locate a player's name and then click the Check-in button.
In the new popup window, select an option and then click Save. The default setting is Checked-in.
CourtReserve sets the player's status to Checked-in.
Changing the status
To undo a checked-in status, click the Revert Check-in icon. CourtReserve changes the status to not checked-in.
