Add Extra Information to Your Messages

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create a short message that CourtReserve automatically adds to outgoing email messages.

  • Use Cases: System users can create custom tags for specific types of outgoing email messages. Use these tags to add extra information or a measure of personalization.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to SETTINGS > RESERVATIONS.

  3. Click the Email Messages icon. A new page displays.

Creating a tag

  1. Click the Create Email Message button.

  2. On the next page, click the Email Type field and select an option. CourtReserve will append a tag to this category of outgoing email messages.

Click the Position field and set the tag placement: at the top of the message or at the bottom.

  1. Go to the field and enter a message.

  2. Optionally, use the toolbar to format and style the message.

  3. Click Save.

FEATURE USAGE - USERS' PERSPECTIVE

A user opens a message. The tag appears in the message.
