INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Create a short message that CourtReserve automatically adds to outgoing email messages.
Use Cases: System users can create custom tags for specific types of outgoing email messages. Use these tags to add extra information or a measure of personalization.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to SETTINGS > RESERVATIONS.
Click the Email Messages icon. A new page displays.
Creating a tag
Click the Create Email Message button.
On the next page, click the Email Type field and select an option. CourtReserve will append a tag to this category of outgoing email messages.
Click the Position field and set the tag placement: at the top of the message or at the bottom.
Go to the field and enter a message.
Optionally, use the toolbar to format and style the message.
Click Save.

A user opens a message. The tag appears in the message.
