INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Assign a coordinator to a league, or to specific league sessions.

  • Use Cases: Coordinators can help leagues run smoothly, so it makes sense to grant limited platform permissions to make required changes. Platform access at the league (or session) level is only possible when a system user assigns a league to a sub-admin and enables the Coordinator role.

PREREQUISITES

The Coordinator role must be enabled for a sub-admin. Click here to learn how to create a sub-admin and enable the Coordinator role.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Assigning on a league-level

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Go to the side menu and click LEAGUES > LIST.

  3. Locate the league to update and click the Edit button. The league page displays.

Scroll down to the Coordinators heading.

  1. Click the field.

  2. Add one or more coordinator names.

  3. Click Save Changes.

CourtReserve will assign this sub-admin as a coordinator to all sessions in this league. To assign the sub-admin as a coordinator to a specific sessions rather than all sessions, follow the steps below.

Assigning to one session

FEATURE USAGE - USER'S PERSPECTIVE

When the sub-admin logs in, the coordinator can go to the List or Sessions page to view the sessions they have permission to manage.
