Getting Started
There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. This article outlines how to add another Club using the mobile app.
Accessing Multiple Clubs in CourtReserve
In CourtReserve, you’ll have a Primary Club—the one you visit most often. If you’d like to connect with other Clubs in the CourtReserve network, it’s easy to add them! Once added, you can switch between Clubs to view their available courts, lessons, leagues, special events, and more.
How to Add an Additional Club Using the Mobile App
1. From your smart phone, open the CourtReserve app. If needed, log in.
2. Tap More on the bottom-right.
3. Select My Organizations.
4. On My Organization(s), you'll see any Clubs already connected to your CourtReserve account
5. On the bottom, tap the Add Organization button.
6. In the Search field, begin typing the first few letters of the Club name you want to add. You’ll need to enter at least four characters. CourtReserve will then display matching Club names.
7. Tap the circular radio button next to the Club you'd like to add.
8. Tap the Continue button.
9. Under Additional Info, complete or update any fields required by the Club.
10. When finished, tap the Continue button.
11. If you have Family Members linked to your account, you’ll have the option to add them to the Club. To do so, check the box next to their name(s) and tap the Continue button.
12. Next, you’ll see the available Membership options for the Club you're adding. Scroll through the list and tap Select Membership under the one that best suits you.
13. Under Membership Details, review the information to ensure it's correct, then tap the Review and Finalize button. If anything needs to be changed, tap the back arrow in the top-left corner to make edits.
14. You're all set to add the new Club to your CourtReserve account. To confirm, tap Yes.
15. Next, the Club will ask if you’d like to receive their marketing and alert messages via text or email. Choose your preferences or Opt-Out, then tap the Save button.
16. You’ll then be taken to the landing page of your newly added Club, where you can access all of their available offerings.
17. Finally, it’s helpful to know how to navigate between Clubs in your CourtReserve app. Your Primary Club will load by default when you open the app. To switch Clubs, tap More in the bottom-right corner, then select My Organizations. From there, choose the Club you’d like to view.
18. To make another Club your default, tap Make Primary. This Club will then appear first each time you open CourtReserve.
