Finding Your Barcode

You can easily find your barcode in the CourtReserve mobile app. You can use your barcode to check in for court reservations or events at Club kiosks (if supported at your Club). If barcode scanning isn't available at your Club, you can use your player number instead (if requested).

You’ll need an active CourtReserve account and the CourtReserve mobile app installed on your phone.​


To Locate the Barcode on a Mobile Device:

1. If required, log in to the CourtReserve app.

2. Make sure you're viewing the correct Club. If the Club you're checking into isn’t showing by default, go to More > My Organizations and select the correct Club.

If the Club isn’t connected to your CourtReserve account yet, tap Add Organization to link it.​

3. Once you have your desired Club, the barcode will display in one of two places:

Next to your Name as pictured here:

Or in the upper right hand corner as pictured here:

Tap the barcode to open a larger, scannable version. If you have Family Members linked to your account, make sure to select the correct name.

A new screen will appear displaying your barcode and player number. Use this to check in at your Club's kiosk or to provide your player number.


Check in at Your Club’s Kiosk:

On the kiosk home screen, tap Check-In. If your Club has enabled barcode scanning, simply scan your barcode from your phone on the next screen. If scanning isn’t available, use the on-screen keyboard to enter your player number.

The kiosk screen will display a success message:

If you have multiple reservations in a row, the kiosk screen will show all bookings. Example below:

All set—you're checked in and ready to play!
