Next Steps
The easiest way to add your CourtReserve calendar feed is to copy the link to your clipboard by selecting Copy URL.
Your clipboard is a temporary space where your computer or device stores things you've copied. Once the link is copied, you can paste it into your calendar application without having to retype it.
To paste the link, you can usually right-click your mouse (on a computer) or press and hold your finger (on a phone or tablet) where you want to place it, then select Paste from the menu that appears.
Open your calendar application and follow its instructions for adding external calendars or feeds. Since each platform has a unique setup that can change over time, we’ve provided links to the most common calendar types below for easy reference. Within each of these options, you will be "pasting" in your copied URL from CourtReserve.

Calendar Sync (iCal) – Important Notes
When syncing a CourtReserve calendar to external calendars (Google, Apple, etc.) via an iCal link, updates are not instant. Refresh timing is controlled by the calendar provider—not CourtReserve.
Google Calendar: Updates every 8–12 hours (can take up to 24 hours)
No manual refresh option for Google Calendar
Apple Calendar: Can refresh as often as every 5–15 minutes (user-controlled)
All iCal feeds are read-only and update on a delay
Key Limitation
Changes made in CourtReserve will not appear immediately on subscribed calendars. For example, if an event is canceled or rescheduled, it may still appear on a user’s Google Calendar for several hours until the next refresh.
Admin Guidance
Set expectations with staff and members that calendar sync is delayed
Recommend checking CourtReserve for real-time accuracy
Position calendar sync as a convenience view, not a live schedule
For faster updates, Apple Calendar is a better option
Summary
CourtReserve is the source of truth. External calendars (especially Google) may show outdated information for several hours after changes are made.
