INTRODUCTION
This article covers each setting under the Widgets row in the Admin Panel. To access it, navigate to SETTINGS—it’s the ninth row of icons in the panel. Each icon represents a type of embeddable tool that allows your club to display live, interactive CourtReserve content directly on your website or other digital platforms. The steps below walk you through all seven options.
1. Events Calendar
The Events Calendar widget displays a live, interactive calendar view of upcoming events at your club. Members can browse events by date, category, or activity type and register directly from the calendar.
Key Functions:
Displays all events in a traditional calendar layout.
Allows members and guests to view availability and register for events.
Can be filtered by event category for quick access.

2. Events List 
The Events List widget presents upcoming events in a clean, scrollable list format. This version is great for websites where space is limited or where a simple list of events is preferred over a full calendar view.
Key Functions:
Displays upcoming events in a vertical, list-style format.

3. Courts Scheduler
The Courts Scheduler widget embeds your club’s live court scheduler directly on your website. Players can view real-time court availability and make reservations without needing to log in separately.

4. Reservation List
The Reservation List widget provides a quick way to display upcoming court bookings in a simple list format. It’s especially useful for internal viewing or displaying scheduled activity for staff or players.
Key Functions:
Lists all upcoming reservations by date and time.

5. Lobby View
The Lobby View widget provides a real-time visual of current court activity. It displays who’s playing, what’s scheduled next, and which courts are open. Designed for display on smart TVs or monitors inside the facility, it helps players and staff easily see what’s happening at a glance.

6. Availability Snapshot
The Availability Snapshot widget provides a condensed view of open courts for the current or upcoming days. It’s a quick-access tool that helps players identify availability without navigating the full scheduler.
Key Functions:
Displays open time slots and available courts in a simplified list.
Can show availability for the current day or a set number of upcoming days.
Ideal for embedding on websites to promote open court times.

7. Member Registration
The Member Registration widget allows prospective members to register for your club directly from your website. It connects visitors straight to your CourtReserve registration form and automates the onboarding process.
