Introduction
Feature Summary: The Lead Report gives your club a complete list of guests who have booked courts, lessons, or events through Public Booking. It shows each guest’s contact information, visit history, and total spending, so you can follow up with guests and turn them into recurring players or members.
Once Public Bookings is enabled, the Leads Report is automatically available and begins collecting data immediately - no additional setup is required. Clubs can filter and export lead data, track repeat visits, and use this information to support outreach, marketing, and growth initiatives.
Use Cases:
Identify repeat visitors and high-intent guests based on visit history and spending
Collect contact information from Public Booking guests in one place
Email or text guests directly from the report
Export lead data for outreach, marketing, or record-keeping
See how often non-members use your facility

Prerequisites
The Leads Report is available to all clubs using Public Booking. Once Public Booking is enabled, the report collects data automatically with no additional setup. To set up Public Booking, see For a step-by-step guide to enable Public Bookings, see here.
Overview
Each time a guest completes a reservation or registration through Public Booking, their information is added to the Leads Report.
Leads are grouped by phone number, so a guest who books several times appears as one row, even if they enter slightly different details. The First Name, Last Name, Email, and Booking Type shown are from the guest’s most recent booking.
Cancelled bookings, and registrations that haven’t been approved, are not counted in the report.
How the Report Works
The Leads Report tracks public booking activity and aggregates it by phone number, ensuring accurate visit counts even if a guest enters slightly different details over time.
Each time a public user completes a reservation or registration, their information is captured and reflected in this report.
Using the Report
The Leads Report can be accessed from the left navigation under the Reports section. Navigate to Reports > Leads.
Filters
Filter By - Choose which date to filter by:
Last Visit Date - Shows leads whose most recent visit falls within the selected date range.
Created On - Shows leads whose most recent booking was made within the selected date range.
From / To - Enter the start and end dates for the report.
Interval - Select a preset date range: Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, Current Month, Last Month, or Current Year. The default is Today. If you enter dates manually, the interval changes to Custom.
Arrow Buttons - Use the left and right arrows next to Interval to move the date range backward or forward by the selected interval. For example: with Current Month selected, the right arrow moves the range to the next month.
Once your filters are set, click Run Report. Changing dates with the arrow buttons does not run the report automatically, so click Run Report again after each change.
Note: Date filters control which leads appear in the report. Total Visits and Total Spent always reflect all of a lead’s bookings, not only bookings within the selected date range.
Report Outputs
The Leads Report includes the following information for each public booking guest:
First Name - The first name from the guest’s most recent booking.
Last Name - The last name from the guest’s most recent booking.
Phone Number - The phone number used to group the guest’s bookings.
Email - The email address from the guest’s most recent booking, if provided.
Created On - The date and time the guest’s most recent booking was made, shown in your club’s time zone.
Last Visit Date - The date of the guest’s most recent reservation or registration.
Booking Type - The reservation type or event associated with the guest’s most recent booking. Event registrations show the event name and event ID.
Total Visits - The total number of Public Booking reservations and registrations for the guest, excluding cancellations.
Total Spent - The total amount the guest has paid across all of their Public Booking reservations and registrations, excluding cancellations.
This output helps clubs understand who is engaging with Public Bookings, how recently they visited, and how frequently they return.
Note: Leads are grouped by phone number. The First Name, Last Name, and Email shown reflect the most recent information entered for that phone number, while Total Visits represents all public bookings associated with it.
