INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Create a new Family group.
Use Cases: System users can create a Family and, if using family memberships, can configure custom booking restrictions and membership tiers on a family level.
PREREQUISITES
If required, create a new Family membership type for a Family organization.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERS > FAMILIES. A new page displays.
On the new page, click CREATE FAMILY.
Creating a family
Fill in the form and then click Save changes
Family Name - Usually, enter the last name of the family.
Family ID - Enter an ID number. CourtReserve auto-generates an ID if the field is blank.
Family Membership - Click the field and select a membership type.
Managing a family
After the system user creates and saves a new family, CourtReserve adds a row to the table and displays seven tabs below the table. Use the tabs to review, manage, and update family information and settings.
Details
Shows the family name and Family ID. System users can update both fields.
Family Members
Shows the club members assigned to this family. System users can add individuals to the family.

Show all family reservations (current, past, cancelled, and waitlisted).

Shows all family events (current, past, cancelled, and waitlisted).

Notes
Shows notes created by system users. These notes stay on the admin side and are not shared with club members or displayed on the member portal.
