Their CRM platform, GrowMyClub, connects to CourtReserve to sync member and lead data, automate communications, and track marketing performance.

Sync member, transaction, and reservation data from CourtReserve to StackEleven's GrowMyClub CRM
Run pre-built text and email campaigns to reach leads and members
Track marketing performance metrics, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
OVERVIEW
The StackEleven integration connects your CourtReserve account to StackEleven's GrowMyClub CRM using a restricted API key that CourtReserve generates on your behalf. This key gives StackEleven read-only access, meaning it can read the data described below but cannot create, update, or delete anything in your CourtReserve account.
This integration is available to all CourtReserve customers.
NAVIGATION
Log in to the admin panel.
Navigate to Settings > Additional Features > Integrations.
Locate StackEleven Integration, check the box, and click Setup.
Once enabled, a StackEleven icon will appear in the Additional Features row.
SETTINGS
Integration Status - Toggle between Enabled and Disabled to turn the integration on or off.
Integration Disclaimer - Before enabling the integration, review the disclaimer outlining what data StackEleven can access. Enabling this integration grants StackEleven read-only API access.
StackEleven can read:
Members and memberships, including ratings
Transactions and sales
Reservations, including courts and availability
Reservation and event registration reports
Check I agree to the terms and understand that StackEleven will have the API access described above to proceed.
API Keys - Once enabled, CourtReserve generates a restricted Username and Password. Copy both credentials and provide them to your StackEleven contact to complete the connection on their end.
