This feature is currently in Beta, meaning it's actively being tested and refined before a full release. Access is based on geographic location rather than individual club enrollment, and all clubs and players in Florida currently have access, with nothing for a club to enable. Florida was chosen first because it has one of the highest concentrations of CourtReserve clubs in the country, spanning tennis, pickleball, and padel, making it a strong testing ground. Unlike other Beta features, new clubs can't be added to this rollout individually; CourtReserve plans to expand access by region as it gathers feedback from players and clubs.
INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: CourtReserve Network, accessed via Home in the CourtReserve app, lets players discover clubs, courts, and activities near them, whether or not they're logged in. It's currently in beta across Florida.
Note: If your organization doesn't currently allow players to create an account online, your club won't display in the Network.
Use Cases:
Get discovered by players searching for a place to play near them
Give players a way to browse your courts, activities, and amenities before they ever create an account
Let current members navigate between every club they belong to from one place
Help players find the right club or activity using filters like sport, court type, and amenities
OVERVIEW
What is the CourtReserve Network?
CourtReserve Network brings together clubs, courts, and activities from across CourtReserve into one searchable experience. Logged out, it's shown on the Home screen when players open the app, so players can find somewhere to play without already knowing which club to look for.
Who can access it?
Anyone who opens the CourtReserve app can access the Network, whether or not they're logged in.
Not logged in: Players land directly on the Home screen when they open the app, which shows the Network. They can browse clubs and activities near them, but they can't book a court, register for an event, or join a club until they log in or create an account.
Logged in: Players land on their default club's dashboard, the same experience they're used to today. Which footer they see, and whether they have a direct path to the Network from that dashboard, depends on whether their default club is part of the Florida rollout.
What does this mean for my members?
If your members log in, they'll access your club the same way they do today. Once logged in, they stay logged in until they log out, so opening the app lands them right on their default club's dashboard, just like before; nothing about the dashboard itself changes. If they belong to more than one club, they can also get there by opening My Clubs and selecting your club. The one visible difference is the app footer. See The New CourtReserve App Footer below for what to expect.
Benefits for players who aren't logged in
Before this, a player had to already know which club to search for, and create an account or log in to access that club's information and see anything. Now, a player can open the app, without an account or a login, and:
See clubs and activities near their location
Search for a specific sport, club name, or activity
Compare courts, pricing, and availability across multiple clubs
Decide where to play before creating an account anywhere
For example: A brand-new player who has no idea where to start with padel can open the CourtReserve app, search for padel, and immediately see every participating club nearby that offers it, along with pricing and court availability. They can compare a few clubs, decide which one fits best, and only then create an account to book their first court.
Can my club choose not to be listed?
Yes. Admins can turn off their club's Network visibility from Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network. When a club isn't listed:
Players who aren't logged in won't see that club in the Network
Members who are logged in can still access the Network from My Clubs, but that club won't appear in it
Members can still log in and use their club as usual; this setting only affects the club's Network listing
However, if your club opts in, here's an example of what players see when they view your listing:
See the CourtReserve Network Settings article for the full field-by-field breakdown.
The New CourtReserve App Footer
Here's a breakdown of each option on the footer:
Home - Logged out, opens the Network home page, where players can browse and search for clubs and activities near them. Logged in, returns players to their current club's dashboard. See the CourtReserve Network - Overview article for a full breakdown of the Network experience.
Logged out, this takes the player to the CourtReserve Network.
Logged in, this takes the player to the club dashboard they're currently accessing.
Calendar - Shows a calendar of upcoming activities such as open play, lessons, and clinics.
Logged out, this shows the network-wide calendar across participating clubs near the player's location, not a specific club's calendar.
Logged in, this shows the event calendar for the club dashboard the player is currently accessing.
My Clubs - Works whether a player is logged in or out. Logged in, it opens My Clubs & Bookings, with two tabs: My clubs, listing every club the player belongs to, and Bookings, showing every reservation, lesson, and registration across all of those clubs, sorted by date. It also includes an Explore the network entry point into the Network, along with a Saved from the network section showing everything the player has favorited across the whole Network, at clubs they belong to or not (clubs, activities, instructors, and tournaments). Logged out, there are no tabs; it shows a prompt to log in, plus Explore the network and, if the player has any favorites saved on that device, Saved from the network.

Account - Opens the account menu. This icon always reads Account, regardless of login status. If a player isn't logged in, tapping it opens the login screen, where they can log in with email and password, tap Request a Code instead, or tap Create Account.

Note: Feedback on the CourtReserve Network is available whether a player is logged in or out, via Account > Send feedback. Logged out, it's reached from the login screen instead of a menu. The feedback form asks "How's the CourtReserve Network?" with Good or Could be better options and an optional comment field.
Share a Club Listing
Every club listing has a Share button that opens a native share sheet: a direct, bookable link, a scannable QR code, and one-tap sharing to recent contacts or any installed app, text, email, social, and messaging apps included. This turns any club's Network listing into something a player can pass along instantly, whether they're recommending a court to a friend or a club is sharing its own listing on social media or in a signature. Combined with the guest-friendly booking flow, it gives clubs another low-friction way for new players to discover and book them.
Where Players Land
Where a player lands when they open the app depends on their situation:
Situation | Where They Land | Footer |
Opening the app for the first time | Home screen, showing the Network so they can browse clubs and activities near them right away. If they grant location access, the Network defaults to where it detects their device to be located. | Home, Calendar, My Clubs, Account |
Returning to the app without being logged in | Home screen, showing the Network, same as a first-time player | Home, Calendar, My Clubs, Account |
Returning to the app while logged in, default club is part of the Florida rollout | Their default club's dashboard | Home, Calendar, My Clubs, Account |
Returning to the app while logged in, default club is outside the Florida rollout | Their default club's dashboard | Calendar, + (Create), Alerts, More |
Searching and Filtering the Network
Search by location or keyword
At the top of the Network, players see a single row combining a people, day, and duration filter pill and a location chip, along with a search icon. The location chip shows the player's current location, labeled Nearby by default.
Tapping the search icon opens a map of nearby locations with a Search clubs, sports, activities bar and a slide-up drawer beneath it, listing results by match count (for example, "96 matches") grouped into categories like Clubs, Activities, and Pros. Typing in the search bar uses the same semantic search as before, matching natural phrases such as a sport and a time of day.
Tapping a pin on the map replaces the results list in the drawer with that location's card.
From this map view, tapping the filters icon in the top right opens the Filters panel. See Filters below.
Tapping the location chip opens a Where do you want to play? panel, where players can enter a city or ZIP code, tap Use my location, or choose from Recently Viewed and Popular Metros shortcuts.
Filters
From the Filters panel, players can narrow their search using:
Sports - All, tennis, pickleball, or padel
Activity - Social, play, compete, or learn (multi-select)
Court type - All, indoor, or outdoor
Surface - Hard, clay, or grass
Distance - An adjustable radius from the player's location (5 to 60 miles)
Who's playing - All, adults, or juniors
Price - Free, under $20, $20 to $50, or $50+
Amenity - Select any amenities a club offers
Note: How accurately a club appears in search results and filters, such as sport, court type, and amenities, depends on that club's Network Settings.
Who and When
The people, day, and duration filter pill (for example, "2 · Today · 1 hr") opens a Who and when panel. Here, players choose a date, duration, and time of day to search for opportunities to play that match their needs.
Staying Logged In
Once a player logs in, the CourtReserve Network keeps them logged in. The next time they open the app, they return to the same spot, their preferred club's dashboard, without needing to log in again.
Frequently Asked Questions
How will this impact my club or Enterprise's branded mobile app?
It won't. This update applies to the standard CourtReserve app, used by clubs that don't have their own custom branded app. Clubs with their own branded mobile app aren't affected.
What will my members see when they log in on this new CR app experience?
Once logged in, their booking experience stays the same; they'll land on their default club's dashboard just like before. If their default club is part of the Florida rollout, the one visible change is the app footer, which now shows Home, Calendar, My Clubs, and Account. If their default club is outside the Florida rollout, their footer is unchanged: Home, Calendar, + (Create), Alerts, and More.
Can I control what my club's Network profile looks like?
Yes. From Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network, you can manage your courts, sports offered, about section, photos, and amenities, everything that displays on your club's Info tab. See the CourtReserve Network Settings article for the full breakdown.
Why isn't my club appearing on the Network?
A few things can cause this:
Your organization doesn't allow players to create their own accounts, which some clubs set up intentionally
If your club is one of the Florida clubs with access to Network Settings, the Show on CourtReserve Network toggle may be turned off
Can my club join this beta before it reaches my area?
Not currently. Access is based on geographic location rather than club enrollment, so clubs can't request or opt into the beta individually. Clubs outside Florida will gain access as CourtReserve expands to more states.
If a player isn't logged in, how do they book a court or an event?
They book through the club's existing Public Booking menu, made available within the CourtReserve app. This applies to clubs that already have Public Booking enabled. If a club doesn't have Public Booking enabled, players can still see what's available, but they'll need to create an account to make a reservation or register for an event.
How does a player create an account for the first time?
A CourtReserve account is created by joining a club, so account creation starts one of two ways: tapping Account from the footer, then Create an account from the login screen and then finding a club, or tapping Join directly from a club's Network listing. From there, they'll access the usual Let's Get Started flow to enter their email and create their account. Once they finish, they land on that club's dashboard. If the club they joined is part of the Florida rollout, they'll see the new footer: Home, Calendar, My Clubs, Account.
Who is listed on the CourtReserve Network?
A club shows up on the Network only if it uses CourtReserve software and allows players to create an account online (member portal enabled). Florida clubs can also control their listing via the Show on CourtReserve Network toggle in Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network; clubs outside Florida don't have access to this settings page yet, so they're included by default and can't opt out. Once a club is listed, its activities, pros, and tournaments can also appear in the matching sections of the Network.
Will the Network only show clubs in Florida during the initial release?
No. Every CourtReserve club nationwide can appear on the Network and be booked through Public Booking if enabled, regardless of the club's own location. For example, a player in Florida can browse and book a club located in Tennessee.
What is gated to Florida is whether a player's Home screen shows the Network at all, and that works differently depending on login status. Logged out, it depends on the player's own location: only players currently located in Florida see the Network on their Home screen. Logged in, it depends on which club's dashboard is currently active: a Florida-rollout club's dashboard shows the new footer, with My Clubs > Explore the network as the path into the Network. A club outside the rollout shows the traditional footer instead, with no direct path into the Network from that dashboard. A member of both a Florida club and an out-of-state club sees the new footer, and the network entry point, only while a Florida club is their active dashboard; switching to the out-of-state club switches them back to the traditional footer.
A club outside Florida doesn't yet have access to the CourtReserve Network Settings page, so it can't customize its listing or opt out.
