Introduction
Feature Summary: The CourtReserve Network lets players find clubs, courts, activities, and pros near them in the CourtReserve mobile app, with no account needed to browse. Everything players see on your listing comes from settings you control, and most of them take minutes to set.
Use Cases:
Appear in searches filtered by sport, court type, and amenities
Replace the default Google photo with your own cover photo
Show your pros with a photo, bio, and certifications
Let players book a lesson with your pros without creating an account first
Share a direct link to your listing
Note: The CourtReserve Network is in Beta and currently available to clubs in Florida and Utah. Clubs in the rollout are listed automatically, so being on the Network is already done. This article covers what makes your listing work.
Overview
A player makes three decisions about your club: whether it shows up in their search, whether to tap it, and whether they can book once they land. Each decision reads from a different group of settings.
How Players Search the Network
When a player opens the CourtReserve mobile app without logging in, the Network is their Home screen. Logged-in players can also explore it from My Clubs to find clubs near them or in an area they plan to visit.
A player starts from a location (where they are, a city, or a ZIP code), then searches by keyword or browses the map. Results are grouped into Clubs, Activities, and Pros, and can be filtered by:
Sport (tennis, pickleball, and padel)
Activity (Social, Play, Compete, and Learn)
Court type (indoor or outdoor) and surface (hard, clay, or grass)
Distance from their location
Who's playing (adults or juniors) and price

What Controls Each Part of Your Listing
Your listing is built from settings in a few places across the admin panel. Players only see the result, so any field you leave blank shows up as a gap on your listing. Use this table to see which setting controls each part of what players see.
What the player sees | What controls it | Where to set it |
Your club in filtered results | Court sports, court environment, Sports Offered, and amenities | Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network |
Your cover photo and name in results | Your first photo | Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network |
Your Info tab (photos, About, amenities, and location) | Photos, About, and Amenities | Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network |
Your pros in results and on their profiles | Each instructor's Bio tab | Settings > Instructor Settings > Instructors |
Something to book once they land | Public Bookings and your Book a Pro scheduler | Settings > Portal Settings > Public Bookings and Settings > Instructor Settings > Book a Pro Setup |
The steps below follow that same order.
Build Your Listing
Work through these five steps in order. Steps 1 and 2 cover your club profile, all on one settings page, and Steps 3 and 4 get your pros listed and bookable. Step 5 shows you how to send players straight to your listing.
Step 1: Get Found in Search
Search filters read directly from your court and sport settings. A club with no sport on its courts, no Indoor or Outdoor setting, and no amenities can drop out of a filtered search, even when it is the closest club on the map.
Go to Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network.
Confirm Show on CourtReserve Network is on. A Live badge shows when it is. This setting applies per location, so organizations with more than one location set it for each one.
Review Courts. Each court has a Sport and an Environment (Indoor or Outdoor), and these values feed the sport and court type filters and the court counts on your listing. To fix anything, click Edit Courts. Use the checkboxes to update several courts at once.
Review Sports Offered. This list fills in from your courts. If you offer a sport that is not tied to a court, add it here so it shows on your listing.
Note: Edit Courts changes the same court records used everywhere else in CourtReserve, not just your Network listing.
Note: To appear on the Network, your club must also allow players to create an account online in your member portal settings.
Step 2: Give Players a Reason to Tap
In search results, players see only your cover photo and club name. When they tap through, your Info tab shows your photos, About, amenities, and location. That tab is where a player decides whether to join, book, or keep scrolling. All three settings below are in Settings > Organization Settings > CourtReserve Network.
Replace the Google photo
Until you upload your own photos, the Network shows the image from your Google Business Profile, which is often a street view or an old photo. This is the single most visible change you can make.
Upload up to 10 photos in JPG or PNG format, 10 MB each.
The first photo is your cover, and it is what players see in search results. Drag photos to reorder them, or click the star on any photo to make it the cover.
Use a wide, daylight photo of your courts as the cover. Follow it with your clubhouse, pro shop, and people playing.
Aim for at least five photos.
Write your About
You have 750 characters and paragraph breaks, with no other formatting. Lead with what makes your club different, then say what you offer and who you welcome. Skip your hours and address, since those already show on your listing.
A simple pattern is three sentences: who you are, your courts and programs, and who it is for (members, drop-ins, beginners, juniors, or visitors).
For example: "Bayside Racquet Club is a family-run club on the water, open to members and visitors since 1998. We have eight clay tennis courts and six dedicated pickleball courts, with clinics, leagues, and junior programs every week. New to the game? Book a beginner lesson with one of our certified pros, no membership needed."
Review your amenities
Total courts stays in sync with your court setup. Every other amenity is a toggle: Pro shop, Food & Beverage, Stringing, Reservations, Lessons, Clinics & Camps, Tournaments, Leagues, Locker rooms, Demo Program, Parking, and Video Recording (for clubs with a Save My Play or PlaySight integration).
Amenities you already use in CourtReserve start switched on. For example, a club using Point of Sale has Pro shop on. Review the rest and switch on everything you offer, since players filter by amenities.
Drag amenities to reorder them, with the ones players care most about first.
Add anything that is missing with Add a custom amenity.
Step 3: Put Your Pros Forward
Players searching for a lesson browse Pros as well as clubs. A pro with a photo, a real bio, and their certifications is the one players choose, so don't stop at the visibility toggle.
Go to Settings > Instructor Settings > Instructors.
Select the Instructors tab in the System Users table.
Click Edit on an instructor, then open the Bio tab.
Complete the fields below, then click Save.
Repeat for each instructor.
Bio tab fields:
Show on CourtReserve Network - Pros who were already bookable online are switched on by default. Check that it is on for anyone else you want listed. Nothing else on this tab shows until it is on.
Instructor photo - JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB, with Reposition & Crop. Use a real headshot with their face visible, ideally on or near a court.
Display name - Defaults to their system user name. Changing it here updates the public listing only, not their system user name.
Headline - A short role line under their name. It defaults to their instructor type, so edit it if they hold a specific title at your club. For example: Head Pro, Teaching Pro, Pickleball Instructor, or Director of Racquet Sports.
Sport - Tag every sport the instructor coaches.
Bio - Up to 1,000 characters. Cover who they teach best (beginners, juniors, or competitive adults), their coaching background, and one or two details a player would remember.
Certifications - Add each one as a tag, such as USPTA, PTR, PPR, IPTPA, or USAPA. These show as a list on their profile and are one of the first things players look for.
To learn more, see Instructor Bio Tab.
Step 4: Let Players Book a Lesson
If your club has no Public Booking enabled, players who are not logged in see your Info tab and a prompt to join, with nothing to book. Public Booking turns your listing into a way to book. Courts and activities come first, and lessons are a separate setting. For most clubs, Public Booking is already on, so this is usually a quick check.
Confirm public lessons are on
Go to Settings > Portal Settings > Public Bookings.
Confirm Enable Public Bookings Portal is on at the top of the page.
Under Public Booking Settings, confirm Allow Public Bookings for Lessons is checked.
Under Membership Rules to Use for Public Lessons, choose a membership.
Note: The membership you choose controls the rules and pricing for every lesson booked through Public Booking. Choose one whose lesson prices you are comfortable showing to the public.
To learn more, see Public Booking for Lessons.
Check your Book a Pro scheduler
Players can only book pros who are on a Book a Pro scheduler that allows the membership you chose above.
Go to Settings > Instructor Settings > Book a Pro Setup.
Confirm you have at least one scheduler with Scheduler Booking Type set to View + Scheduling Lessons.
Confirm the scheduler lists the instructors and lesson types you want bookable.
Confirm the scheduler allows bookings for the membership you chose under Membership Rules to Use for Public Lessons.
Note: If that membership is not allowed on the scheduler, players can see your pros on the Network but cannot book them.
To learn more, see Book a Pro Setup.
Step 5: Share Your Listing
Every club listing has a Share button that opens a direct link. Anyone who opens the link lands on your listing, with Book and Join right there.
Add the link to your email signature, website, and social media bios.
