Introduction
Feature Summary: The CourtReserve Network™ helps players discover clubs, courts, and activities near them in the CourtReserve app and online at courtreserve.com/players, whether or not they’re logged in. It launches for all clubs on Monday, November 2. At that time, your club will receive more information on how to customize your Network listing.
Use Cases:
Get discovered by players searching for a place to play near them
Let players browse your courts, activities, and pros before they create an account
Let players who aren’t members book through your Public Booking without creating an account
Overview
The CourtReserve Network is a marketing tool built into CourtReserve, and it’s included for all CourtReserve customers at no extra cost. It uses the information you already have in CourtReserve, such as your courts, activities, pros, and pricing, to build your club’s presence where players are searching: in the CourtReserve app, online at courtreserve.com/players starting Monday, November 2, and in search engines like Google.
New players can find your club without knowing its name, compare it with others nearby, and book, all without any extra work from your team. Your members don’t need to do anything differently. When they log in, they still land on your club’s dashboard.
Players who aren’t members book through your club’s Public Booking, now available in the CourtReserve app. Every Network booking follows your Public Booking settings, so review them before Monday, November 2.
What We’ve Seen So Far
Since the CourtReserve Network launched in Florida on September 1 and in Utah on October 5, it has brought new players to participating clubs:
673 bookings at 95 clubs
73% of bookings were made by players who weren’t members of that club
Over 1 in 3 players didn’t have an account at any CourtReserve club
3 in 4 bookings were activities, such as clinics and open play
21% of first-time guests joined a club afterward, and 55% of those booked again as members
Based on bookings made through the CourtReserve Network from September 1 to October 26, 2026.
A Quick Look at the CourtReserve Network
The examples below show what players see in the CourtReserve app and online. Your club’s listing may look slightly different depending on your settings and the features your club uses.
Network Home Screen
Players who aren’t logged in open the app to the Network, where they can browse clubs and activities near them.
Example of the Network Home Screen (Logged Out):
Members who are logged in open the app to their club’s dashboard, the same as before. Further down the home screen, they can tap Discover more play to open the Network or browse More places to play near them.

Search and Map
Players can search by sport, club name, or activity and see results on a map of nearby locations. Results are grouped into categories such as Clubs, Activities, and Pros.
Example of Search Results on the Map:
Filters
Players can narrow results by sport, activity, court type, surface, distance, price, amenities, and who’s playing.
Example of the Filters Panel:
Club Listing
When players open a club, they see its courts, activities, pros, and amenities, along with options to book or join.

Sharing a Listing
Every listing has a Share button with a direct link and a QR code that players can send by text, email, or social apps. Your club can share its own listing too.
Example of the Share Options:
My Clubs & Bookings
Logged-in players can see every club they belong to and all their bookings across those clubs in one place, along with anything they’ve saved from the Network.
Players can tap the bookmark icon on any club, activity, pro, or tournament to save it. Saved items appear in My Clubs under Saved from the network, so players can come back to them later. Players who aren’t logged in can save favorites too, which stay on that device.

On the Web
Starting Monday, November 2, players can also browse the CourtReserve Network from any web browser at courtreserve.com/players.
The website shows places to play, activities, pros, and tournaments near the player’s location. Players can search by sport, club, or city and use the same filters as the app, such as sport, court type, price, and who’s playing. They can also sign in or get the CourtReserve app from the top of the page.

What's Coming November 2
Starting Monday, November 2, a new CourtReserve Network settings page lets you manage how your club appears on the Network. From there, you can add photos, an About section, and bios for your pros, or turn off your club’s listing. More details will be shared on November 2.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my members notice a difference?
When they log in, they still land on your club’s dashboard and book the same way they do today. They’ll also see the updated app footer, which includes My Clubs. Learn more in the Introducing the Updated Player Experience and CourtReserve Network™ article.
Can my club choose not to be listed?
Yes. Starting Monday, November 2, you can turn off your club’s listing from the new CourtReserve Network settings page. Your members can still log in and use your club as usual.
How do players who aren’t members book?
They book through your club’s Public Booking in the CourtReserve app, without creating an account. If your club qualifies and Public Booking is off, CourtReserve will turn it on for you on Monday, November 2.
How does this affect my club’s branded mobile app?
The CourtReserve Network isn’t available in branded apps, so players won’t see Discover more play. Your branded app does get the updated player experience, including the floating footer design, but it keeps its current footer options instead of the Network footer (Home, Calendar, My Clubs, and Account).
Public Booking on November 2
Does my club qualify to have Public Booking turned on November 2?
If Public Booking is off, CourtReserve will check your club’s current settings and turn it on only if they already support it. Your club qualifies when all of these are true:
Your club accepts online payments.
Your member portal is on, and players can create an account online.
New members can join without an admin approving them.
Your club has at least one active court.
Your club has a free public membership type that can book courts, events, or lessons online.
If any of these isn’t true, Public Booking stays off.
Which parts of Public Booking will be turned on?
Only the parts your free public membership can already book:
Court reservations, if the membership can book courts online
Events, if your upcoming public events have a price for the membership and allow online sign-up
Lessons, if the membership can book on a public Book a Pro scheduler
My public membership can’t book courts online. Will the public be able to reserve courts?
No. CourtReserve won’t turn on court reservations for the public, and your settings stay as they are. The same applies to events and lessons.
We turned Public Booking off on purpose. Will CourtReserve turn it back on?
No. If your club turned Public Booking off, it stays off.
What will the public be able to book?
Public Booking uses the rules of the membership type linked to it. Guests can only book what that membership allows, at that membership’s prices. Learn more in the Public Booking: Setup Guide and Overview article.
Can I turn Public Booking off after November 2?
Yes. Go to Settings > Portal Settings > Public Bookings and turn off Enable Public Bookings Portal. It stays off until you turn it back on.
