CourtReserve Catalyst
Catalyst is the CourtReserve user conference tour, held across multiple cities each year. Clients get expert-led training from the CourtReserve team, hands-on workshops, and a first look at the upcoming product roadmap, alongside the chance to network with other power users.
What is included:
A seat in all conference sessions, including classroom and small-group training
A panel discussion covering best practices and tips
A preview of the CourtReserve 2026 product roadmap
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the event

CourtReserve Academy
CourtReserve Academy is a hands-on, instructor-led training event for clubs getting started on the platform and for staff who need to come up to speed fast. Rather than learning the platform piece by piece after go-live, participants learn the concepts behind how CourtReserve works and why it is built the way it is, then apply what they learn to real club scenarios in a live software playground.
Academy runs over a day and a half: a full day of instruction covering the settings everything else depends on, followed by a half day of hands-on practice with the daily workflows staff use most, such as front desk operations, payments, and reporting.
Clubs that attend Academy onboard faster and make better-informed setup decisions once they go live, since the choices made early in onboarding often hold up for months or years afterward. Academy is also useful for staff joining a club that already runs on CourtReserve, since new hires often inherit a system nobody walked them through.

A full day of instruction and activities, plus a half day of hands-on skill building
A live software playground for practicing real club scenarios
A sandbox account for your facility to keep, so your team can continue training and testing after the event
Networking with other clubs at a similar stage

Club Mastermind
The Pickleball Club Mastermind is a three-day, in-person event hosted by Club Pickleball USA, a CourtReserve partner, for pickleball, tennis, and padel club owners who want to grow revenue and refine their business model. Sessions cover pricing, marketing, sponsorships, tournaments, and programming, with direct access to the CourtReserve team throughout the event.
What is included:
A seat in all three days of training, collaboration, and content
Five catered meals
A Club Pickleball swag bag and sponsor bonuses
A private Facebook group and monthly Mastermind Zoom call after the event
A pickleball session at the Club Pickleball USA facility
Note: Clients who register by the deadline also receive a complimentary three-night hotel stay. Flights and other travel arrangements are not included.
