Getting Started
Deleting your CourtReserve account involves contacting the organization (club or facility) that manages your membership. CourtReserve provides the software platform but does not directly manage or delete individual player accounts on an organization's behalf.
Note: If you are not affiliated with an active club, CourtReserve is responsible for deleting your player information directly upon request.
Requesting Account Deletion Through Your Organization
If your account is registered with one or more clubs or facilities, follow these steps to request deletion.
Contact your organization: Reach out to the club or facility where your account is registered. You can usually find their contact information on their website or through a quick online search. Request that they delete your account from their system.
Verify your membership status: Ensure that your account is no longer associated with any active memberships. Canceling a membership does not automatically delete your account; the organization must explicitly remove your profile.
Follow up with the organization: If the organization encounters any issues while attempting to delete your account, they can contact CourtReserve support for assistance. CourtReserve support requires direct authorization from the organization to make any changes.
Ensure all organizations remove your account: If you are associated with multiple organizations, contact each one individually to request account deletion. Your account will only be fully removed from CourtReserve once all organizations have deleted it.
Limitations of CourtReserve Support
No direct account deletion: CourtReserve support cannot delete player accounts or modify personal information without explicit authorization from the organization's administrators.
Data ownership: Member profiles and data are owned and managed by the respective organizations. CourtReserve acts as a software provider and does not control individual player accounts.
Note: This limitation does not apply if you are not affiliated with an active club. In that case, CourtReserve is responsible for deleting your player information upon request.
Special Cases
Accidental accounts: If you created an account by mistake, contact the organization where the account was registered and request its deletion.
Wrong email address: If you sent a deletion request from an incorrect email address, you must still contact the organization directly to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting
If your organization is unable to delete your account or encounters technical difficulties, they should contact CourtReserve support directly through their admin account for further assistance.
By following these steps and understanding the roles of both the organization and CourtReserve, you can complete the account deletion process.
