There are two ways to access CourtReserve and its many features: through the CourtReserve mobile app or member portal. The member portal is the web version of CourtReserve you use through a browser on your computer or tablet. This article outlines how to view billing transactions, view your packages, and pay your invoice(s) using the member portal.
Accessing billing information via the Member Portal
How to view your payment transactions:
1. Log in to CourtReserve through your Club’s member portal.
2. Click your name on the top-right.
3. Click Billing > Transactions.
4. The Transactions page in CourtReserve provides a detailed view of all financial activity related to your account.
UNPAID: Displays all outstanding charges that have not yet been paid.
PAID: Lists transactions that have been fully paid.
PAYMENTS: Shows a record of all payments you’ve made.
ADJUSTMENTS: Reflects any credits, discounts, or manual account adjustments applied by your Club.
ALL: A complete list of all transactions.
How to view your packages:
If your Club has packages enabled, you’ll be able to view any existing packages on your account or purchase new ones. Packages may include options like five Open Play sessions for $50 or 10 private pickleball lessons for $680.
1. Either click the Packages tab from the Transaction Details page or click your name on the top-right and click Billing > Packages.
2. View your current or used/expired packages and/or purchase a new package.
How to view your and pay your invoices:
1. Click your name on the top-right.
2. Click Billing > Invoices.
3. From there, click the Details button to view a breakdown of each invoice. On the detailed invoice view, you can click Pay in the upper-right corner to complete your payment.
