Hiding Reservation Details on Member Portal

When a member makes a reservation they can see their own information but maybe you don’t want other members to see Reservation information.

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Hide reservations, and player details, when members are booking on schedulers on the member portal.

  • Use Cases: System users can hide reservation details and player information on member-facing schedulers within the member portal if members would not like other members to see their information on schedulers.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

To book a court, club members and players should:

  1. Login to the admin panel.

  2. Go to Settings > Portal Settings.

  3. Click Setup.

From here, system users can check Hide Reservation Details on Member Portal Scheduler, and click Save Changes.

If player details only need to be hidden for specific reservation types, system users can keep Hide Reservation Details on Member Portal Scheduler unchecked, and instead use the Hide Player Names on Schedulers for Following Reservation/Lesson Types setting.

After this setting is saved, members will see grey Reserved blocks for any time-slots that have already been booked.
