How to Hide the My Family Page to Members

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Hide the My Family page on the member portal.

Use Cases: System users can enable or disable member access to the My Family page when they are not using the Families feature or when they prefer to restrict members from viewing or editing the family members linked to their account.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click SETTINGS > PORTAL SETTINGS on the side menu.

  3. Click the Website icon. A new page displays.

  4. On the next page, click the Navigation tab.

  5. From here, scroll down to the Hide My Account Family Members Link box.

If you want to turn off the feature completely, select the checkbox next to the setting to check ALL options. If you prefer to disable the feature only for family memberships, check the box under the corresponding membership types.


This setting hides the My Family page from members. Below is a visual example showing what will be hidden when this option is enabled:
