INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users can set court restrictions at the membership type level to only book reservations during the same time frame.
Use Cases: The purpose of this feature is to provide a way for organizations to allow members to book more than 1 court, but restrict them to the same timeframe for that day. This is an ideal setting for group play.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
The first step is to open the Restrictions page.
Click SETTINGS on the side menu.
Scroll down the page to BOOKING SETTINGS and click Restrictions.
Scroll down the page to find the Restrict All Reservations to Same Time permission. (see below)
Click Save Changes.
Restrict All Reservations to Same Time - If enabled, players with this membership type must book the same block of court time on the scheduler. Enable this setting for groups/leagues so they can successfully block courts for their league's playing time(s). To work, the member books their first court. All future court bookings must be at the same time. otherwise, CourtReserve displays an error message.
