INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Players learn how to use member portal features.

  • Use Cases: System users learn three ways to set up the platform so that the club collects user fees.

PREREQUISITES

Players need the URL for the club's member portal and an account. If a player doesn't have an account, system users can find the Portal URL under SETTINGS > PORTAL SETTINGS > SETUP to find the Portal Link.

OVERVIEW

The menu bar that players see might look different from the screenshot below. Clubs can customize page design, which includes names of links on the member portal.

This overview covers six key features that can be accessed from the menu bar:

Events

Click this menu tab to see your classes, clinics, social events, and more.

  • Event List - Open this page to display all upcoming events that match your profile. Use the Categories or Tags fields to add or hide events. Click Register to join the event

  • Calendar - This page shows scheduled events for each day at your club. Click a color date to learn more about the event and register if you meet the criteria (e.g. age range), and the event is not full.

  • My Events - See the events you are currently registered for. Click the Past tab to see a record of previous event registrations.

Reservations

Open this page to book a court or club equipment like a ball machine. If the club uses custom schedulers (e.g. tennis, pickleball, squash, etc.), players simply select a court. To make a reservation, select a court and time and click RESERVE.

On the next page, fill in the fields. Set the reservation type and confirm the start and end times.

Add players to the booking. Select one or more club members or add guests (people you know who are not club members (if that option is available).

Click SAVE to record your reservation. Some clubs require immediate payment (look for the red text at the bottom of the form).

If the club requires up-front payment, the payment page displays after saving the reservation.

If payment profiles are required to book courts at an organization, members need to add a payment profile to their account. Click here to learn how.

Members

If your club publishes Member Groups or a Member Directory, these links appear under the Members tab. Use these resources to find and contact other club members.

Announcements

Click this link to read club notifications and news. A red button indicates a new announcement.

My Account

Click your username in the top right corner of the page to open a menu of account options.

  • update personal information

  • view reservations and events

  • update membership plan

  • manage billing/invoices (if your organization has payments set up)

  • add/manage family members

My Organizations

If you are a member of more than one club that uses CourtReserve, use this link to streamline accounts. Or, if you are a member of a club that uses CourtReserve and are looking to join another club that also uses CourtReserve, connect these accounts and use one login/password for both clubs.

To streamline accounts, log in to the member portal using the ID and password for the first club. To create an account at another club, click My Organizations > Add Organization.

Enter a club name and select an option.

Click the Join button to open the Request Access form. Fill in the fields and click REQUEST ACCESS. Once the new club approves your request, you can access both clubs on the CourtReserve member portal under the My Organizations tab.
