Admins can manually split court costs from the scheduler. However, you need to make sure that the setting is enabled.
Under Settings > Organization Settings > General
We will scroll to the very bottom where we can check this box
NOTE: When you check this box you will asked if you would like this feature to be for sub-admins. If you press CANCEL, admins will still have this permission, it will just not be visible to sub-admins.
Now when we go to the scheduler we will see this new section
If we select this 'Split Across All Players' it will now evenly split the court fees
