INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Admins can manually split court costs from the scheduler, or allow members to split costs equally per player.
Use Cases: Organizations that require the flexibility to distribute costs evenly among all players involved in a reservation can achieve this by activating the Allow Ability to Split a Fee Equally Across Players on a Reservation setting.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Click SETTINGS on the side menu.
Go to the ORGANIZATIONS SETTINGS heading and click General.
Scroll down the page to find the Allow Ability to Split a Fee Equally Across Players on a Reservation permission.
When you check this box you will be asked if you would like this feature to be for sub-admins. If you press CANCEL, admins will still have this permission, it will just not be visible to sub-admins.
Once this setting has been enabled, there will be a few Fee Responsibility option when creating and editing reservations on the Admin Panel.
Reservation Fee Responsibility on the Member Portal
Court Costs can also be split equally across all players for reservations booked under the Member Portal.
Click SETTINGS on the side menu.
Go to the RESERVATION SETTINGS heading and click Reservation Types.
Edit a Reservation Type to find the Reservation Fee Responsibility permission.
Here, system users can choose the Reservation Fee Responsibility on the Member Portal to be Each Player Equally, or Allow Player to Pay Full Fee or Split Fee Equally.
