INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: The Split Court Costs feature allows admins to manually split court costs from the scheduler, or enable members to divide reservation fees equally per player.
Use Cases:
Allow members to split reservation costs equally among all players on a booking
Give admins the flexibility to distribute fees from the scheduler
Control whether sub-admins have visibility into the split fee permission
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Step 1 - Enable the Setting in Organization Settings
Click Settings on the side menu.
Under the Organization Settings heading, click General.
Scroll down to locate the Allow Ability to Split a Fee Equally Across Players on a Reservation permission and check the box.
Note: When you check this box, you will be prompted to make this feature visible to sub-admins. If you click Cancel, admins will retain this permission, but it will not be visible to sub-admins.
Step 2 - Configure Fee Responsibility on Reservation Types
Once this setting is enabled, each reservation type will include Fee Responsibility options that control what payment methods are allowed when booking that type of reservation.
Click Settings on the side menu.
Under the Reservation Settings heading, click Reservation Types.
Edit a reservation type to locate the Reservation Fee Responsibility permission.
