INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Create a 5-minute time window that allows members to add additional players to their reservations after the initial booking.
Use Cases: This feature allows members to secure a reservation even if they haven’t met the minimum player requirement at the time of booking. The additional 5-minute window provides members the opportunity to invite more players, ensuring that reservations are fully utilized.
Please reach out to CourtReserve's Support Team to get this setting added to your organization. This feature also should not be used if an organization is requiring up-front payment for reservations.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Go to Settings on the sidebar.
Under the Reservations Settings row, click Reservation Types.
A Minimum Number of Players is required under Reservation Types in order for this 5-minute time window to apply. The minimum number will also include guests on the reservation.
On the Member Portal, once a player selects the reservation type, they can then immediately move and click the Save & Add Players button at the bottom of the screen.
Members will then have 5 minutes to add the additional players and finalize this reservation.
