Feature Summary: This article explains how to configure which payment types are allowed at an organization, giving admins control over the payment methods system users can select when processing transactions.
Use Cases:
Disable cash payments if the organization does not accept cash
Prevent system users from accidentally selecting unsupported payment types
Ensure payments are processed consistently with organizational policies
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To customize the allowed Payment Types inside of CourtReserve, go to Settings > Billing Settings > Integrated Payments. From here, you can select the Allowed Payment Types.
To customize the Allowed Payment Types inside of the Point of Sale, simply launch the Point of Sale and go to Settings. From there you will be able to select which Payment Types you will accept specifically inside the Point of Sale.
