INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create prices for players who register to participate every day in a multi-day pickleball event or join one part of a multi-day event.

  • Use Cases: System users can set a full price for players who register for the entire event and a separate drop-in price for players who want to join one part of the event. The full registration feature applies only to events that take place on two or more days (i.e. recurring events). System users can also create a separate tier of full and drop-in prices for guests (if the event allows players to register non-members for the event).

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Create a multi-day event or open an existing one.

  2. Configure settings. (see below)

  3. Configure prices. (see below)

  4. Set gust prices. (see below)

  5. Click Save Changes.

Configuring settings

Scroll down the page and use the checkboxes to enable or disable options for a multi-day event.

  • Allow Registrants to Register for Single Dates? - Check this box to create a column (see below) and enter drop-in prices for players who want to join a single day of a multi-day event.

  • Allow Registrants to Register for all Dates? - Check this box to create a column (see below) and enter full prices for players who want to join all days of a multi-day event. For Full registrations, members will pay one fee to register into all event dates.

Configuring prices

Scroll down to the table. Make sure the Event Setup tab is selected.

Depending on the box checked (see above), CourtReserve displays one or two price columns. Go to the MEMBERSHIP row and enter a drop-in price and a full price. System users can customize the drop-in and full prices for each membership type.

Configuring guest prices

System users can also customize the guest price depending on the membership type. For instance, a guest invited by a club member with a Full Membership plan would pay one full price, and a guest invited by a club player on a student plan could pay a different full price.

  1. Click the Guest Setup tab.

  2. Customize the guest price for each membership type.

  3. Click Save Changes.

Optionally, system users can limit the number of invited guests per club member based on membership type and the total number of guests for the event.
