INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create transaction activity reports.

  • Use Cases: Quickly produce reports on club activity for any time period. Enable filters to generate reports on transaction type, paid and unpaid transactions, and more.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Go to the side menu and click TRANSACTIONS > TRANSACTION LIST. Manually set the start and end dates with the calendar icons or click the field to select a pre-built period (e.g. Current Year).

The Start and End dates refer to when a transaction was created, not when a reservation or event occurs. To filter based on when activities take place, use the Reservation From and To fields.

Enable any combination of filters to narrow the report's results. For example, system users could generate a report for all unpaid transactions in the current month. Click the Run Report button to produce a list of transactions based on the filters and reporting period. CourtReserve generates a table at the bottom of the page.

Each report can have a slightly different layout, depending on the data presented. The report below shows unpaid pickleball fees for the current year. The Actions column allows system users to pay or void the fees. Click the Export as List button to download the table as an .xlsx file.

If the report displays fees (paid or unpaid), click the Transaction Links icon to see the activity history. Optionally, click the Refund Payment icon to issue a full or partial refund.
