INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Create a branded app that your members can find in the Apple App store and Google Play store.
Use Cases:
Single Organization Visibility - Users only see your organization in the app and cannot navigate to other organizations.
Enterprise Navigation - Users can navigate to other locations within the enterprise.

PREREQUISITES
Your organization must be on the CourtReserve tiered pricing structure (released June 1, 2024).
Eligible plans include the Scale and Enterprise. Review available plans
Current subscribers not on the new pricing structure should contact Customer Success for migration help.
Organizations are required to sign a 12-month agreement in order for development of the Branded Mobile App to commence.
The Branded Mobile App is included in the Scale and Enterprise subscription plans. Once your app has been moved into the In Progress phase, a one-time setup fee of $499 will be applied to your organization's next billing cycle.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Go to Settings on the sidebar.
Under the Additional Features row, click Additional Features.
Go to the Branded Mobile App section and click the Request Branded App button.
Requesting your Branded App
The Request Branded App button directs you to a form where you can enter or upload brand customization information. After submitting the form, CourtReserve returns to the Additional Features page.
Note for enterprises and franchises
Submit one form per enterprise. Do not submit separate forms for each organization within your enterprise.
Completing form fields
App Store Name - Enter text that displays in the Apple and Google Play stores. This is the name users can search to find your app.
App Display Name - The text under the app name on the user's device. Display names longer than 11-13 characters are cut off by the operating system and are not completely visible. A real-world example is Audible.

Splash Screen - Users see this screen before logging in. Size requirement: 1080x1920. Learn More about Splash Screen guidelines and see example video here.
Primary Color (HEX) - This color is used for buttons and icons.
Secondary Color (HEX) - Used when needed.
Will you have multiple locations or franchises - Check this box if you have (or will have) multiple enterprise locations that you would like to be accessible from the app.
Branded App Statuses
Once your app request is submitted, we update the status as it progresses through the development stages.
Requested - Your request has been received. Our team will review your submission and begin development soon. We may contact you for additional details if needed.
In Progress - Development of your Branded Mobile App is underway. We will provide updates as progress continues. Thank you for your patience!
Released (Accepted) - Your Branded Mobile App is live and ready for download. It can be accessed on the Apple App and Google Play stores. Links to your app in each store will be provided here.
Rejected - After evaluation, we decided not to proceed with your app request at this time. For questions or assistance, please contact our Support Team.
Branded App Approval & Release
Once your Branded Mobile App is approved, the links to download your app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store will be available in the Additional Features section. This means your app is live and accessible to your users. We recommend thoroughly reviewing your app before promoting it to your customers to ensure everything meets your expectations.
If you need to make any changes after reviewing your app, please contact our Customer Success Team via Live Chat or email at [email protected].
Our team will assist you with the modifications. Modification and customizations are limited to the items available in the Request Form. Please note that if changes are requested, the app will be temporarily unpublished while the updates are being made.
It is recommended that marketing of your Branded App be done once you have reviewed the live app in the App store.

A: No, the app cannot be reviewed prior to being published. Please review the app once published and alert our team if modifications should be made to the items submitted in your form. The app will be temporarily unpublished while the changes are in progress.

Q: What should I do if my Branded Mobile App request is rejected?
A: If your request is rejected, contact our Support Team for assistance. They will explain the reasons for the decision.
