INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Learn how to find lists of active and inactive members.
Use Cases: System users can update the membership status and convert inactive players to active ones.
Inactive members do not have a current membership plan. They either have no membership plan or an expired plan.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To display a list of inactive or active members, click MEMBERS on the side menu and then click ACTIVE MEMBERS or INACTIVE MEMBERS. A new page opens with a table that lists all members (inactive or active) and shows their membership status.
Updating inactive members
To change a player from Inactive to Active, locate a player name on the table and click the pencil icon. On the next page:
Click the Membership tab.
Click the Membership field and select an option.
Click the Assign Membership button.
CourtReserve changes the member's status.
Downloading the table
Click the Export button to download the table in an .xlsx file.
Emailing players
To send a bulk email message to all players on the list,m click the Other Members Actions buttons and select Email Members. Learn more.
