INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users can email bulk messages to league registrants.
βUse Cases: Use the email feature to send a custom one-time message that is not an auto-generated notification (e.g. a confirmation message when a member books a court). System users can send a message to players on a League, Session, or Game Day level.

Sending a Message
On a League or Session level, the recipient list will include all players registered into the league or session. On a Game Day level, system users can filter recipients by their Opt-In Status, and can also Email All Primary/Spouse Members.
Scroll down to the Select Email Recipients field. All names are selected by default. Uncheck a box to remove a player from the bulk email.
Scroll down and enable these optional features:
Paste in email addresses to add other parties to the bulk email.
Click the field to CC one or more system users.
After clicking Next, system users can begin filling out the email's content. Default content will be added to the email builder by default:
League Name
Session Name
Game Day Date
Game Day Time
Blank Message Section
Session Name will only display if sending an email on a Session or Game Day level.
Game Day Date and Time will only display if sending an email on a Game Day level.
Optionally, the toolbar can be used to format the text added to the email. System Users can click the + icon in the top-left corner of the email builder to add different content types.
While editing email content, the header and footer will not be visible. However, they will appear in all emails sent to players.
Admins can also highlight text, or click the More Actions icon to the left of a content row to further edit their content.
Click Send Email to finalize this email. Before the email is sent, a confirmation notice will display confirming the total number of recipients. After clicking Send on the confirmation notice, the email will be sent out.
