We love hearing from our community! Your ideas and feedback play a vital role in the ongoing improvement of CourtReserve. The Idea Board is where you can submit suggestions, vote on your favorites, and follow idea updates.
Navigating to the Idea Board
To access the Idea Board, click the lightbulb icon from your Admin Panel.
Submitting a New Idea
To submit an idea:
Click Add a new one on the Idea Board.
Enter a Header (required) - Provide a short description of your idea.
Add a Description to provide additional context (optional). You can include images, files, or videos—screenshots are especially helpful to illustrate your idea.
Select a Category from the dropdown list (required). Categories help organize ideas and allow you to browse suggestions by topic on the right-hand side of the Idea Board.
When finished, click Post.
Voting on Ideas
Let us know which ideas matter most to you!
Each admin receives 10 votes, so be sure to support the suggestions that are most important to your organization.
Click the thumbs-up icon on any idea to vote for it. You can use 1, 2, or 3 of your votes on the same idea. You can also Undo your idea to cancel your vote.
When an idea is Accepted or Declined, your vote is returned to your total.
You can also comment on any idea to share additional thoughts or support.
You can see how many votes you have on the right-hand side of the Idea Board.
Following an Idea
If you're interested in an idea, click to view its details, then select Follow to receive email updates. This is a great way to stay informed about the ideas that matter most to you.
Idea Statuses Explained
Each idea is labeled with a status to help you understand progress:
Waiting on Votes – Open for voting and feedback.
Accepted – Selected by the CourtReserve Product Team for potential future development.
In Progress – Actively being worked on by the CourtReserve development team.
Declined – Will not be implemented at this time.
Navigating within the Idea Board
Use the Categories on the right-hand side to browse ideas that matter to you and check if your idea has already been submitted. Click a category heading to view all related ideas.
Use the Back to CourtReserve link to easily return to your Admin Panel.
