INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Players can add non-member guests to a court booking, making it easy to include friends who are not part of the club.
Use Cases:

Generate additional revenue through guest fees.
Provide a simple way to include players who do not have CourtReserve accounts.
Track guest participation without requiring account creation.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click SETTINGS > RESERVATION SETTINGS.
Click the Reservation Types icon.
Create a new reservation type or edit an existing one. In this example, the system user clicks the Edit button to update an existing reservation type.
System users must repeat these steps to enable the guest feature for each reservation type.
Allowing Guests
Scroll down to the Allow Guest(s)? section and check the box to enable guests for this reservation type on the admin side. When enabled, additional settings will appear:
Allow Guests on Member Portal – If selected, members can add guests to court bookings (not lesson bookings) through the member portal.
Guest Fee – Optionally set a fee for guests. The default is an hourly rate, though a fixed fee option is also available.
Guest Revenue Category – Choose the revenue category where guest fees will be recorded.
USER PERSPECTIVE
To add a guest (a player who is not a member of the club), the member clicks the # of Guest(s) field and selects the number of guests. They then enter the guest’s name and click Save. CourtReserve will automatically display the applicable guest fee, which the member is responsible for paying.
Once booked, members will see their guests’ names displayed with a (G) next to them.
