PREREQUISITES
The club must have a Stripe merchant account. Sign up here.
Stripe Fees
Credit Card Transactions: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
ACH Direct Debit Transactions: 0.8% per transaction
Pre-Authorized Debit Fees: 1.0% and $0.40C per transaction (Canada only)
These are the standard Stripe processing rates, excluding the additional 0.2% usage fee that was previously applied by CourtReserve.
Starting February 18, 2025, clubs integrating with Stripe for the first time will automatically avoid this 0.2% fee.
Existing Stripe users are encouraged to complete the update process to switch to the new integration and eliminate the extra fee on future transactions.
Stripe deducts these fees before issuing monthly payouts to your account.
You can view the full fee breakdown in your Stripe Dashboard.
To see previous invoices, click the Payment History button at the bottom of the Subscription > Manage Your Subscription page in CourtReserve. Locate a past payment and click the Details button.
STRIPE DEPOSITS
The expected timeframe for Stripe to deposit to your merchant account is 24 hours. Stripe charges may be reviewed in detail at any time on the Stripe Dashboard of your merchant account.
