This article outlines how CourtReserve tracks your club’s monthly email usage, including which emails are counted, when limits reset, and what additional charges may apply. It also includes answers to frequently asked email-related questions.


Frequently Asked Questions

How are monthly emails calculated?

Your club’s base subscription includes 5,000 non-automated emails per month, which are the emails sent through Bulk Email. If your organization exceeds 5,000 non-automated emails in a given month, overage charges will apply. Only non-automated emails count toward the included monthly total.

Automated system emails—such as registration confirmations, reservation updates, and cancellation notices—are unlimited and do not count toward the 5,000 included emails.

What happens if we go over the 5,000 emails allowed?

If your club exceeds the 5,000 monthly email limit, an additional $5 charge will be added to your subscription for every 1,000 extra emails sent.


When does our club's email count reset for the month?

Your club’s email count resets based on your subscription billing date.

For example, if your subscription renews on the first of each month, your 5,000 email allowance will also reset on the first.
