Filter Members Without Ratings When Sending Emails

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: CourtReserve allows system users to filter members based on rating status for any custom rating fields set up in the organization — such as Pickleball Rating or Tennis Rating.

When sending a Bulk Email (via Members > Bulk Email), users can apply filters to include or exclude members according to their rating values. Under each custom rating field, there’s a “No Rating” option that identifies members who have not yet been assigned a rating.


OVERVIEW

When composing a player email:

  1. Navigate to Members > Bulk Email.

  2. Design your email message.

  3. Under the filter options, locate your Custom Rating fields (e.g., Pickleball Rating, Tennis Rating).

  4. From the dropdown, select No Rating to target members without a rating.

This makes it easy for admins to identify and reach members who still need to be evaluated or assigned a rating in CourtReserve.
