INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: CourtReserve allows system users to filter members based on rating status for any custom rating fields set up in the organization — such as Pickleball Rating or Tennis Rating.
When sending a Bulk Email (via Members > Bulk Email), users can apply filters to include or exclude members according to their rating values. Under each custom rating field, there’s a “No Rating” option that identifies members who have not yet been assigned a rating.
OVERVIEW
When composing a player email:
Navigate to Members > Bulk Email.
Design your email message.
Under the filter options, locate your Custom Rating fields (e.g., Pickleball Rating, Tennis Rating).
From the dropdown, select No Rating to target members without a rating.
This makes it easy for admins to identify and reach members who still need to be evaluated or assigned a rating in CourtReserve.
