INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: The Ratings tab on a member's profile displays rating integrations your club uses, including DUPR, USTA Connect, and World Padel Rating (WPR), along with any custom ratings you have set up for your club. Only the sections for integrations your club uses will display. Ratings previously appeared on the Details tab and have since moved to their own tab.
Use Cases:
View a member's current ratings across every linked integration in one place
Confirm which rating integrations a member has linked to their profile
Unlink a rating integration from a member's profile
Set or update a member's custom ratings
OVERVIEW
The Ratings tab consolidates a member's rating data from every linked integration into a single view. Each integration section only displays if that integration is linked to the member's CourtReserve account. The Custom Ratings section always displays and reflects any custom rating types your club has configured.
NAVIGATION
Navigate to Members.
Select a member to open their profile.
Click the Ratings tab.
SETTINGS
The Ratings tab is organized into sections by integration, followed by Custom Ratings. Only the sections for integrations your club uses will display, and the Custom Ratings section only displays if your club has custom ratings configured.
DUPR
Linked DUPR account view
Once a player's DUPR account is successfully linked, the Ratings tab displays:
DUPR ID - The member's linked DUPR account ID and the date and time the rating was last updated.
DUPR - Singles - The member's current DUPR singles rating and reliability score, pulled from their linked DUPR account.
DUPR - Doubles - The member's current DUPR doubles rating and reliability score, pulled from their linked DUPR account.
Additional Ratings - Mixed Doubles, Age 50+ Doubles, Age 65+ Doubles, Career High (Singles), and Career High (Doubles) ratings, when available.
A rating of NR means the member is not yet rated in that category.
Unlink DUPR Account - Click to remove the DUPR association from this member's profile.
Manually link members with their DUPR ID
If a member cannot be matched through the auto-sync, system users can manually link the member's CourtReserve account to their DUPR ID.
Find the member and open their profile.
Select the Ratings tab.
Scroll down to the DUPR section and click Link DUPR Account.
Enter the member's DUPR ID and click Link.
After the link completes, CourtReserve displays the member's DUPR ratings on the page.
Note: A manual DUPR link only syncs if the first name and last name are an exact match. If the name fields do not match, an error message displays when saving the link. To resolve the issue, the player should update their name in DUPR to match their CourtReserve profile. When manually linking a member, the system immediately syncs their ratings.

USTA Connect
Linked USTA account view
Once a player's USTA account is successfully linked, the Ratings tab displays:
ITF WTN - Singles rating
ITF WTN - Doubles rating
USTA NTRP rating
USTA Number on file for the linked account
Ratings display as a value or U if unrated.
Unlink USTA Account - Click to remove the USTA association from this member's profile at any time.
Manually link members with their USTA account
Find the member and open their profile.
Select the Ratings tab.
Scroll down to the USTA Connect Ratings section and click Link USTA Account.
Enter the player's USTA account number and click Link.
Note: The player's first and last name in CourtReserve must match exactly what is on file in the USTA database. If the names do not match, the link will not succeed.

WPR
Linked WPR account view
Once a player's WPR account is successfully linked, the Ratings tab displays:
WPR ID - The member's linked WPR account ID.

Manually link a player's WPR account
When automatic sync cannot match a player, or a link needs to be updated, system users can manually link the player's WPR account from their member profile.
Open the member's profile in the admin panel.
Click the Ratings tab.
Scroll to the WPR Ratings section.
Click Link WPR Account.
Enter the player's WPR ID in the field provided. An info callout confirms that the player's WPR Competition and Social ratings will be pulled from their World Padel Rating account and kept in sync.
Click Save.
