INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: The Attendance Reports section provides system users with multiple views of attendance data, including individual check-in records, monthly totals, and a visual heat map of peak usage times.
Use Cases:
Review individual check-in records by date, player, or event
Track monthly attendance counts and identify growth trends
Identify the busiest days and times at your facility
PREREQUISITES
Enable the Attendance Tracker add-on.
Note: If you have enabled Advanced Check-In Statuses, only statuses marked Include in Attendance Reporting will appear in these reports.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu, expand the REPORTS > ATTENDANCE folder.
Select a report type option (detailed below).
Optionally Save, Export, or Download the reports.

In the side menu, go to Reports > Attendance.

Report Types
Check-In Report
This report displays individual check-in records based on criteria you define. System users can filter by check-in date and time, reservation or event date and time, check-in method, reservation type, event category, tags, courts, and check-in status.
Toggle Include Court Bookings and Include Events to control which activity types appear in results.
Before running the report, use the Setup Report Output section to select which columns to include, such as player number, player name, check-in date and time, registration type, event name, and date and time.
Results can be exported to Excel or PDF, or shared directly with players via email, text, or push notification.
Note: For clubs using Advanced Check-In Statuses, a Checked-In (Kiosk) option is available in the Check-In Status filter. Select this option alongside Checked In to include both admin-applied and kiosk self-check-ins in your results.
Detail
This report lists all attendance records by date. The report shows the player's name, email, date attended, and who scanned them in. Check the Hide Same Day Attendances box to display unique scans. System users can save the report or download the table data in an .xlsx file.
Summary
This report shows total attendance counts by month. This is a great way to report counts and look for trends and growth. System users can click the number in a month column to open a popup that displays detailed attendance records for that period. Click the hamburger icon to display a drop-down menu with print and download options.
Heat Map
This report shows attendance counts by day and time. System users can choose custom time periods (e.g. This Week or Current Month). The heat map shows the busiest times and days for the club. System users can save the report. Click the hamburger icon to display a drop-down menu with view, print, and download options.
