Use Tags to Organize Packages

INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: System users can add a category tag to a package.

  • Use Cases: Use categories to group packages into bundles and streamline reporting.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click SETTINGS on the side menu.

  3. Scroll down to the BILLING SETTINGS heading.

  4. Click the Package Categories icon. A new page displays.

To create a package category, click the Create Category button.

In the popup window:

  1. Enter a category name.

  2. Make sure the Is Active is checked. If not checked, system users cannot apply the tag to a package.

  3. Click Save.

CourtReserve adds the package category to the list. Click Edit to change the category name or Delete to remove it from the platform.
