INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users find and open member profiles with the Search tool.
Use Cases: The Search tool is often the first step when system users need to complete an important task, like sending an email to a member, updating the profile page, reviewing membership or payment information, and more.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard and then:
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERS > SEARCH.
Go to the search bar and enter at least three characters of the first name or last name.
Locate the row in the search results and click the pencil icon to open the profile page.
Opening other tabs
Optionally, system users can run a search from other side menu tabs.
The main advantage of the LIST page is that system users can quickly access a suite of tools. These include:
Export an .xlxs file with the names in the search results table.
Click the Other Members button and select an option (download template, send a welcome email, or email members).
System users can also run searches on the ACTIVE MEMBER and INACTIVE MEMBER pages (and access the Export tool and Other Member Actions button). The main advantage of these pages is that the system user can know right away if the person they are searching for has an active club membership or not.
